My oil light started flashing while I was in traffic, on my way to work. I happened to be passing Myers and pulled in right away. I went in, asked if someone could take a look for me and Dave came right out. He checked my oil and added more. He asked if I worked nearby, which I don't, and he suggested that I get my oil changed ASAP some place near my work. He didn't pressure me to have them do it, he didn't even offer it since I was only passing thru. He was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing the problem. In fact, I'm calling Dave now. I'm going to schedule my oil change with them, despite it being out of my way. Thank you, Dave!

Spoke with Pat. She said they were prompt and polite and kept her fully informed and they were courteous. She appreciates that the owner went the extra mile giving her information on a recall with her vehicle. They found a problem while troubleshooting the issue that she brought her vehicle in for and told her it needed to be fixed but if she took it to the dealership, they could fix it for free because it was a recall.

Dave is wonderful. Very accommodating and explains everything in layman terms. Doesn't try ripping you off. I'd use them again for all of our vechicles!!
