Spoke with Donna. She said the employees at this business always provide good service for her. Her son was the one who took her vehicle in. They had to replace inspection stickers. Something happened to her vehicle's window and it was replaced, but she needed the new inspection stickers put on. She called and talked to an employee named Dave. He told her to bring her vehicle in and they will keep it overnight, or to bring it in and they will service it when they can. Her son told her they serviced her vehicle rather quickly even though they were really busy. She already does recommend them.

Gretchen said her experience with this business was positive overall, but it took a long time for them to get the part. It was not their fault.

Mike said this business provided good customer service.

Michele said the business did an amazing job. She was in a horrible situation and got there at about 5:00 pm, just as they were getting ready to close. They jumped right on it and got her problem taken care of. They were very courteous.

Rusty has always been pretty square with me. I've had quite a few cars and trucks through his place. Looks as if he moved his shop to the larger location. I still hope he provides pick/drop off service. I'm sure he will for me :) Well maybe! I've spent thousands there over the 8 years I've been working and living in the area. Cars are a huge money pit! Rusty and Dave are alright in my book. They are not the cheapest for inspections and oil changes. You can do better with a NTB, Firestone, STS or Monroe. When it's gotta be done right, Rusty will not skimp on the attention required. There's no first year flunky in his shop, your Going to get a seasoned pro. They used to outsource tires, I don't know if that's still the case. The NAPA shop they moved into might have a tire machine. Alignments best done in a shop that offers lifetime service. NTB offers this.
